New Animatic
This is the new IMPROVED Animatic; my group created a new animatic which highlights the new scenes we added.
By creating the animatic, it helped my group know exactly what scenes we are using and how long we its should be shown.
This was effective as it gave us the correct indication for what should be showing and if it for too long to change it.

New Story-Board
My group and I came together to discuss our new story board as we made new changes for our thriller opening, this was illustrated by (Chisara Duru), because of her drawing skills. By making some changes of our storyline of our film and adding new characters and replacing some, we have had to change our storyboard to show this.
We also put it in different section of the shots such as shot 1A shot 1B etc. We didn't draw Dana Talabi on the storyboard, as her character is a supernatural split personality which we want the audience to understanding the storyline
By creating the Story-Board was an effective way seeing how many seconds for which scene where needed and it was also a way of us to know what scenes we are shooting etc. This also made it easier to film as it was like a check-sheet of what we needed to shoot.

Editing
Through the process of editing my group and I have come very far. We made many changes and at the beginning when using premiere pro it was very difficult in order to do different effects etc; but watching clips on youtube we then began to get the hang of it. We have many different shots to highlight key moments; for the shot of Dana which is the split personality of the character Florence you will see we used the speeding up technique which creates tention and the antispation of the scene.
We also added an extra set of music for when Dana is shown which fades out and blends in well with the theme music.
From the begining of the 2 minutes opening we made it in black and white to indicate that it was in the pass, and then changed it back in colour to show the process of what is happening in the present. We also wrote under some seens 'week later' etc to indicate the time has passed which will make it easy for the audience to understand.

Behind-the-scenes of making the final score.
This is Chisara Duru who created the FINAL score for our final finished piece. As the score I created on GaradgeBand was good but would of been effective for an action thriller; and as ours is a supernatural/psychophysical thriller it didn't fit as well. The score was created in a professional studio situated at Blackhorse Road.
The music was had slight elements of our inspirations; as you can see the images above Chisara had a great experience of creating the music; and it fit effectively with our thriller opening. Because it has the common codes and conventions which create suspense and tension etc which you find in thriller movie's.
Preparing music
To prepare the music for my groups thriller opening we used GarageBand; this was a very hard process at the beginning as it was a learning experience for all of us; as we never used that software before. But by watching tuitions on how to use it; we were then able to work it properly and create an effective song.

New Title Sequence
My group created a new title sequence, as we were having some difficulties creating it with some of the Adobe After Effects effects. With creating the new one; we spaced out our names more as it now has each slide for each name since before it was cramp up. The font we used was Perry Gothic (which was downloaded from dafont.com) We used this font as it goes with the Victorian theme which you'll notice with our chosen location. It blends very nicely with actual footage from the film. These are print screens of them.

New Behind-The-Scenes Photo's
These are the pictures which where taken by me whilst Chisara was preparing Dana who plays Florence's split personality.
This was me testing out the pregnant belly to see if this actually would work effectively
These are the props which we used to create the pregnant effect; by using the swimming costume it was able to hold the stomach in place and gave it a convincing pregnant belly effect
This picture taken of Jessica whilst playing the Character of Florence filmed by Chisara
Picture of Chisara outside whilst having some fun before shooting the outdoor scenes.
Shots outside whilst the actresses were getting ready; as we were preparing to shoot outside
This is me with my 'serious look' whilst looking at the story-board trying to figure out what type of props were needed for each scene.
This is me and the cast memebers before shooting the very emotional scene
Saturday 10th march we filmed are 2 minutes opening from scratch!
We started again as our first opening wasn't the greatest but by getting feedback from our teacher we were able to see where we needed to improve on and we did. Overall these images are just me and the cast having some fun during our filming. As you can see we have two new cast members which were added to the changes of our thriller opening.
